I’ve given this location so many chances but now drive 10 min further to go to a different Sonic. Franchise owner- you need to get new management and get rid of who you have now. An employee informed us that the manager tells them not to answer the button when they’re busy. To just ignore the customers. So people will literally sit 20, 30+ minutes to even get a person on the intercom to take their order- and this is not even when they’re swarming with customers. If they’re even moderately busy you can forget about it. The manager once gave us a coupon for TEN free combo meals and said she’d give us ten more once we used them all, all because she had us wait for over a half hour to place our order before I had to physically go up to the building to get someone to acknowledge me. So your manager is ignoring paying customers, and giving away a ridiculous amount of stuff to chill out angry customers. Find someone new! Any other sonic you go to it takes no more than a minute or two to talk to someone (usually less). This is supposed to be FAST food- you don’t even wait 30 minutes to give your order at a sit down restaurant. Get it together!!!!

Took over five minutes just to take my order.....all I wanted was a drink. Was going to order food, but was too afraid how long that would taking, considering how long it took just to order. Glad I didn't because it took another six minutes just to get the drink. Over eleven minutes just to get a lemonade... on the plus side the carhop was super friendly! Tried a second time...need to learn my lesson. Took over five minutes again for my order to be taken and there's really not that many cars here. Not sure if they are short staffed, or just don't care.

The food is always good, if they have it. They are always out of everything. If you order a bacon burger, they are out of bacon. If you order a jalapeno burger, they are out of jalapenos. If you order a banana shake, they are out of bananas, etc etc etc... This is something that is on a consistent basis, it is not just a one-off. The last time I visited them they didn't even have cup holders...

The food is good but the service its not really good. When you place your order you can barely hear and understand them. Hope they are going to fix their microphone.

Not a bad Sonic, but not a great one. It took a solid 15 minutes at least to get my tots and soda (the first time I went it was not that long, but it definitely took a while). The ocean water was pretty crummy, but Sonic sodas are consistently terrible across the state so it wasn't a shock, although usually they do better with these. The tots were fine. Couldn't pay with a card because the screen never showed my order and wouldn't allow me to pay, which made it even more time consuming to pay with cash. Again, not an awful Sonic, but not one I would go to unless I had a major craving for grease tots and Sonic ice, and had a lot of free time.
