Staff was so friendly and caring, despite being extremely busy (flu season). A special thank you to charge nurse Natalie in ER who was so nice, compassionate, and quick to get me treated. All the while, held a smile on her face and offering to help other nurses too. Someone give that woman a raise! She really is a asset to your ER team. Dr Abigail was fantastic too, making sure each patient was attended to as quickly as possible.

Recently spent 5 days on the second floor.  Your nursing staff is amazing.  It was a very busy week.  The nurses were stretched caring for everyone's needs and through it all, they were patient and kind to everyone no matter the time of day and there were some very long nights.  The food service staff were also very kind and so cheerful.  Made me smile even when my meal tray wasn't very appetizing to me.  The doctors were kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.  What was anticipate by me to be an unsettling experience (I started dialysis that week) was made comfortable and much better by the dialysis technicians who took the time to explain the process in great detail and all the rest of the hospital staff.   You can all be proud of the work yo do.  Thank you very much and God bless you all.

Excellent  doctors in the emergency department . They actually care about their patients. Wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Taylor, Dr. Rosado, and Dr. Riga have treated my family like they would treat their own. I am glad they are here to serve our community.

Excellent experience. My child cut her eye and the ER was outstanding!! Dr Rosado was compassionate and caring. My child was scared and he calmed her fears. Even though she had to get stitches, his skillful hands minimized any scaring. The ER nurses were outstanding. Great experience!!!

I had surgery here in NOV, I have to say it was a great experience, the care was second to none. The hospital was clean, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time to treat me as you would want to be treated, not as just a number. I would recommend this hospital to friends and family.
