Krav Maga is the most practical and effective self-defense system on the planet. It was developed by the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) for hand-to-hand combat. and has been taught to law enforcement and special forces around the world.

We are a nationally certified Krav Maga Association (KMA) school. Our instructor is certified by KMA, including elite instructor training as well as instructor training in Tel Aviv, Israel with IDF trainers.
