Love Burn Boot Camp Flower Mound! Stephanie and Jeremy are AWESOME! They are so encouraging! I came to check out Burn on Xmas Break from Grad school and will definitely be coming back. If you are looking for something, different, looking to get back into working out, or need that push in the right direction go check it out.

I’ve finally found a workout I’m addicted to. I’ve never understood the want to workout other than to be fit, but now I actually enjoy it. I’m seeing results, and have lost over 15lbs and more than 10 inches, and I look forward to what each week brings. I definitely could not ever go back to typical gym workouts or classes.  Burn Bootcamp is a different workout everyday, and the best part?  I BURN 500-1000 calories in the 45 minute workout.  Oh, and the trainers are awesome.  Exactly what I needed to help me reach my goals.

Burn Boot Camp Flower Mound is just the place I've been looking for.  Stephanie has created a positive and encouraging environment in which I feel comfortable working on my fitness goals.  She truly cares about each individual. Every day the workout is different and modifications are made for all fitness levels.  I enjoy the support and camaraderie here.  It feels like home.

Burn boot camp Flower Mound is awesome!  Stephanie is very encouraging during training as well as the focus meetings. Each camp is different so you're never bored!  After only 3 weeks I'm feeling stronger. I have more energy and look forward to each camp!! They rock! Check them out!

Burn Boot Camp Flower Mound is amazing!! I have been going for about a month and I absolutely love it! The workouts are different every time and work every muscle in the body!! Trainer Stephanie is so encouraging and really pushes you to do your best!! I love the people and workouts!! If you are looking for a supportive, fun, great workout, this is the place!!
