It's private and that is what I like best right now.  It may get boring after many workouts...I am on about workout 60.  Buy so is walking on a treadmill.

If I could give no zero's I would. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS PLACE> THEY WILL OUTRIGHT LIE! The office doesn't check on what their staff is promising and when you tell them you were told otherwise (by the staff) they will disagree with you saying its not protocol. Exactly, your staff IS NOT following protocol nor are they writing down information given to them. So YOU WILL END UP PAYING EXTRA IN THE LONG RUN. They have no legal way of actually tracking your workouts except those sheets of paper that are open and unlocked for anybody to take and if you lose them - your screwed! If you have medical issues DO NOT JOIN because they won't work with you NO MATTER WHAT THEIR STAFF PROMISES  and then they'll completely LIE saying they didn't know!! I work in a gov position so for them to accuse me of fabricating anything is completely unprofessional and outright shady!

I have just completed my 10th workout @ Private Workout in Flower Mound!  I have to say that I absolutely love this concept of weight training, it is not like any other gym.  The staff is absolutely wonderful.  They know who you are when you walk in and they are AVAILABLE for any questions or help if needed!   :)   It is as simple as do the circuit (properly), drink/eat your protein and you WILL see results!  I have really started to see definition where there once wasn't any, all in just 10 workouts!!!  Really, it doesn't happen that quickly anywhere else unless you pay a lot of money for a trainer and spend hours in the gym!  Thank you Private Workout Flower Mound for helping me set my personal workout goals and even bigger thanks for helping me start to achieve my goals!!!
