I have to admit I never really enjoyed working out, let alone weight training...that is until I met Chuck Smith.  He has shown me the value and benefits of a balanced training routine - both cardio and weight training are essential.  I have seen so many positive changes both mentally and physically in the time that I have been a client.  I am in the best shape of my life and I owe it all to Chuck.  I now look forward to going to the gym and being pushed to accomplish more, I strive to be better and do more everyday!

Well, what can I say? For the lack of a better word, weight and personal training with Chuck Smith is outstanding. Chuck knows what he is talking about and doing and practices his knowledge with every client. You know Chuck is always learning to improve your results be challenging you with new and exhausting workouts to get the results you want, whether it be to tone up or to lose weight.  Every day you step into his gym, he pushes you and encourages you to overcome your barriers, to indeed go hard. I have been training with Chuck for over two years and will continue to do so, until I can finally surpass his weight lifting.
