Very sad experience with this company. We decided to budget flower installations in our new retail location and wanted to give Flower Shop/Agave the business. They came to look at our space on Thursday 11/9 and had known we wanted the delivery prior to our grand opening on Monday at 10am. They committed to the delivery and offered to give the first arraignment for free. The flowers where still not delivered come 1pm so my staff called and asked where the delivery was and when it would be arriving. My staff member felt the employee who handled her call was patronizing and insulting and continued to say he was doing us a favor by giving us the free order, so they would arrive when they arrived. She let me know at 4:15 that they still have not arrived at which time I called the Flower Shop. The man who took my call said he decided not to bring them at all since we where unappreciative. As a NM business owner committed to economic development within our community I wanted to give our weekly business to other small businesses. I am deeply saddened that this man allowed his ego and pride to interfere with a long term relationship. New Mexico deserves better than Agave Flower Shop! The people of NM deserve customer service not "favors".

Bought a medium tall mix for my mother for Valentine's day. Listened to my input and created their own masterpiece. Everybody that saw the assortment couldn't help but smile and comment on how beautiful and professional the bouquet was. Worth the price. Brought tears to my mother's eyes when she saw them. Would highly recommend Agave Florist to anybody seeking a florist. Will return next time I need flowers

Great customer service. Super friendly atmosphere. Quick, quality, and affordable! Won't be going anywhere else in abq for flowers.
