I have now had the pleasure of doing several real estate transactions with Lindsay Calhoun and I can’t say enough great things about her! She is excellent at what she does and works endlessly to find the right home for a buyer and tirelessly to find a buyer for seller. When the time came to sell our home, we knew we wanted a realtor who was energetic and active to help us quickly find a buyer and get us a fair price. We chose Lindsay Calhoun based on her reputation in the community for having hustle and closing deals, and we weren't disappointed.

Lindsay is warm,  knowledgeable, fast, patient, and responsive--all necessary traits of a great real estate professional. She helped us prepare our house for sale, she listed it for us, and most importantly she found us buyers within just two weeks of listing.

Working with Lindsay was an outstanding experience, and I can highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

I highly recommend April McCray as a realtor.  Even though the selling point of a home can be HIGHLY stressful, April has the compassion, and calm demeanor to help hold you together.  She listens to your concerns, and complaints and truly cares for you as if you were part of her family.  She works for YOU.  She is very professional, and can add a little humor when you need it to help calm your nerves.  We sold my home in 7 months, which may seem like a long time to some.  But I held out for what I hoped I would get for my sale price (which I did), and didn't accept any LOW BALL offers.  April didn't push me to accept any offers I didn't feel comfortable with.  She wasn't pushing for a Quick Sale, which was refreshing.  She truly cares about her sellers, so give her a try you won't be sorry.

We had a great experience working with Paul Dalba.  He was very responsive to all of our requests and questions, and he knew the area very well.  We were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in the neighbor we loved best!  We definitely could not have done this without Paul, and he really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after the closing.  We recommend Paul and Focus Real Estate Group!!

If you are looking for five star treatment, a gentle guiding hand through the process of selling your beloved property, then the people at Focus Real Estate Group are the ones you should trust.  I cannot say enough good things about the way they handled the sale of my home, always communicating, using their established relationships with other companies to get any inspections items taken care of, and truly doing the heavy lifting to find me a buyer in a record 7 days.   The team at Focus is professional, speedy and response!!
