Golden Rule Real estate is awesome! I went through three realtors before I started working with April. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a house that works with my budget and needs. She responded to my texts quickly and on any time day of the week! She was with me through the whole process including during the home inspections and through the signing as well.

A friend highly recommended April Strickland to help my husband and I sell our condo in Gainesville. From the very beginning of the listing process April was honest, knowledgable of the current market and overall very positive. After only 4 days on the market we had an offer. With April as our agent we were able to close on the sale of our condo only 2 months after it was listed.
