Came back here after a very favorable and enjoyable experience at the Miami location in 2014. Now while I would expect some changes to happen, I was a little disappointed overall when comparing. The salad bar was very limited with choices compared to its Miami location, which is fine so that you can focus on the meats. However, while none of the meats disappointed, I felt certain meats were pushed over others, as some of their online menu options weren't even being brought around. The amount of times a Sirloin meat variety came around verses another option was about 3 to 1. We never saw the Bacon Wrapped Steak, Rib Eye, or Beef/Pork Ribs. I believe this experience may be due to the fact of how busy the restaurant was. It was 7pm on a Saturday, but when spending the amount you do on the experience, you should not be short changed of nothing less than the whole experience. To start, our drink order was not taken and another waitress had to be asked to find our waiter. She was nice enough to take our order. She also advised us that we could start the Salad Bar while we waited for our drinks. Our drinks did finally come out after we sat down and started eating the Salad Bar. Then we finally got our table bread as the meats started to come around. About halfway through the meats experience, the side dishes finally came, which I wasn't even expecting to get at that point. I cannot say anything bad about the food that we did have as it was very flavorful and tasty. The service and overall experience is what brought this review down.

This Brazilian restaurant has an interesting system. They serve all kinds of meats and vegetables on an ongoing basis until you run up the surrender flag. They provide you with a card that you keep on the table as long as you have one side of the card showing, people keep stopping by with lamb, beef, chick and pork (along with various vegetables). When you turn the card over to show the red side, they stop coming to your table. The food is good, especially if you're the kind of person who likes to eat a lot of meat. But be advised, it gets expensive. It's not hard for two people to run a bill near $200.

Pros: No waiting for food! Great salad bar! Kids under 6 eat free with parent(s). Meats seasoned just right, very delicious! A unique experience when looking to try something new or different, but I wouldn't go frequently due to cost. Cool costumes worn by meat carvers, very pro & classy. Cons: very loud atmosphere, we had to shout to hear ourselves talk, and couldn't hear our servers at all. We didn't understand what our server was saying bc it was loud and he talked so fast, so we had to watch other people to figure out what to do with the cards. Very pricey for one who eats normal portions, unless you bring kids then the price makes sense. No menu, no instructions. Smokers at the front door, gross! No warm veggies, all were cold at the salad bar, or steamed then chilled (asparagus, broccoli...)on ice. Large open room cafeteria style, very chaotic, noisy, and you have to sit very close to others that also get up and down a lot. My chair got bumped a few times from all the traffic. Drinks were weak, I might as well have bought a Sprite. I only saw 2 women working there amongst several men 30+ so it seems not to be an equal opportunity employer. Server made us feel rushed, and only spoke to my husband. He asked if he wanted another drink, walked away after he said no thank you, and left me high and dry, same for dessert. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but seriously I felt it was sexist against women. You need a reservation in advance, can't just walk in expecting a table. Fix these things and I would go more often, because the food was outstanding.

Great eating experience. Tremendous selection of cheeses, cured meats( the prosciutto was divine), at the table the selection of beef, pork ,chicken and specially the lamb were superb. The servers were there tending to every need. The Host was nice enough to come by our table and bring to us little samples of various sauces to pair with the meets. I have always been partial to the red chimichurri, but it was nice to sample others. You definitively get your money worth.

~ Wedding Reception Dinner at Fogo de Chao, Baltimore ~ Everything about our experience with this restaurant was wonderful, including the reservation process, the wait service, the special accommodations made for our event, the valet parking, and the food itself. Every element of our reservation deserves five stars. We made our reservation only 10 days before the event and were able to get a large, private room. We originally listed only 15 guests for the dinner, but some brought kids and the total went up to 20. Instead of seating our extra undeclared guests in the main dining area, they took ten minutes to cleverly rearrange the tables in the private room to comfortably fit all our guests and still allow for a table "head" where the bride and groom would sit. They kept our cake refrigerated, and kindly brought it out for us when we asked and helped us to cut and serve it. We were attended to by at least two different managers, and our lead server more or less stood at attention just outside the room, constantly searching for any small need he could resolve for any of the guests, especially the bride and groom. There are enough other reviews to speak to the quality of the food itself, but suffice it to say that it was delicious and every one of our guests vowed to come back for their own special occasions. When six or seven waiters all came in with huge skewers of meat and circled about the table, it was rather reminiscent of an animated Disney feast montage, if you can imagine it. If you can afford the price, don't question the value. You won't regret reserving an event here.
