Bubba Gump and Company is a nice location and very clean restaurant in the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. The service was very responsive to the customer. The whole family enjoyed the experience. The food was fresh, juicy, and tasty. The environment was relaxing, open, and clean. The menu has lots of options and the drink selection which will satisfy all members of your family and friends.

Overall experience was pretty bad but what should I expect from the most touristy of all the restaurants by the harbor. It's worse than red lobster I actually would have preferred to save my money and have gone there. The service was pretty terrible which was ridiculous because I sat at the bar and for a while was one of the bartenders only tables. She was just too ready to go home and busy closing down the bar which made no sense because I was there at 8pm. I ordered an appetizer. The seafood hush puppies had barely any seafood in them the best thing I had was the cider I ordered. I sat waiting for the bartender to ask me what else id like to order but she never did. It was impossible for me to flag her Down because she was hardly ever behind the bar and she was only behind it for 3 seconds to make drinks for other tables or to clean up. I usually try to give servers the benefit of the doubt because I used to work in the industry but after she took my initial order I was blatantly ignored for an entire hour. The worst part is that I was obviously still hungry but I lost my appetite after the poor service and mediocre appetizer so I just left figuring I could probably whip something up at home that was 10 times better. Point is don't fall for the hype of this place and definitely don't waste your time or money.

Very rare to give a negative review but when you spend the kind of money that we did here you'd hope for a little better! Service started off good, but after the water arrived that's when it took a turn! To order our food was long, then when we received the food it was not hot, barley warm were my ribs and fries. Another order a lager portion for 5 dollars more, however, seemed small he left hungry! If the place was crowded I could see why but more than three quarters of the tables were empty. Then waited close to half hour after told they were getting the check! Not very happy!

Great food, ambience, location, and service! Our server Mercedes was the nicest, most helpful ever. She patiently walked us through the entire menu and was generous with her personal recommendations. The food was served within a reasonable amount of time. Prices are mid-range. If you're a fan of the award-winning film Forrest Gump, check out the restaurant wall for photos of memorable scenes from the movie.

It’s what you would expect for a chain tourist restaurant. It’s definitely over priced the foods okay. I wish this location at least had sweet tea like the other locations do since they only have Pepsi products. Our waiter was great though.
