Cheesecake is usually one of my favorite restaurants! It always has exceptional service and every dish is delicious. This was my first time at this location  and it was absolutely horrible. I ordered a salad that never came but we were charge for it. My daughter did not get her pasta with the rest of our food we had to ask him to bring her pasta out.  We waited forever for refills. We asked for to go waters never received them. We were at the restaurant for an hour and a half once we sat down.  I am very disappointed... 50 dollar meal down the drain.

The Cheesecake Factory is pretty much your go-to place when you want to eat out but can't decide where you want to go.

I have been to this location a few times. Food is always decent but never exceptional. Personally, the restaurant is slightly overpriced if you only factor the food. Desserts are certainly better than meals. As the name would suggest, they have a lot of cheesecake varieties.

Ambiance is iffy as the restaurant can get very noisy during peak hours.

What I have always been impressed by is the service. The wait staff is nice and check up with you regularly during your meal. Service is quick and water glasses are promptly filled. They gladly help you out with the menu if you are confused.

Had brunch this morning Aprox 11:30am on a Sunday in April. 
We were seated right away. Great seat with a nice view. Lovely waitress. 
She was attentive and helpful. 
Addressed any needs we requested. 
Breakfast was made just right.

I have been several times to the Cheese Factory in Annapolis and have loved it. 
   Our visit to this location was so disappointing.  I have NEVER waited so long for food at any restaurant in my life. Our waitress was so slow and barely checked on us or refilled our drinks. We waited for food for at least 45 minutes. It was the worst experience and I will not be back to this location. If i could have spoken to management I would have. We almost didnt order cheesecake for the kids simply because we were concerned on how long desert would take to arrive. All around bad experience.

The server was.... I'll just say, "absent" for the most part. Long wait for just the apps. And we had to get up and find someone to assist a few times. As far as the food. It was very pretty but lacked big time im actual flavor. We did not stay for dessert because we had suffered enough with the poor service and long wait time. We will not be returning to this location.
