My family and I were looking for a place to eat after visiting the Baltimore & Ohio Railway Museum, and my husband suggested this place after reading great reviews. We hustled over, and were so happy to discover this gem! We had a warm seat in a big booth for the four of us, excellent service by Melissa, and AMAZING food. The deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes starters were perfection, and our meals were all delicious. The cocktails were also quite tasty. We left so stuffed we welcomed the walk outside in the cold air to wake us up a little bit! Next time we're in Baltimore, Miss Shirley's will be high on our list.

I don't normally give 5 stars that easy - but the fifth star should be given to my girl for picking this place for breakfast. The service was absolutely great, the food was perfect and even enough to take home as leftovers. This place gets really packed and most of the seating areas are close to each other (so which means you can hear a lot people's conversations and be entertained while you eat). Also the parking can be a little frustrating if you are an "out of towner" and don't know Baltimore that much. All the workers looked happy and were pleasant.The manager also came and introduced himself as well to our table. I noticed that he was very attentive to most people dining there. So, this place is a winner overall!

Wonderful. The waiting time was well worth it. Very thoughtful of the business to have chairs and menus outside to cushion the wait. Our server was attentive as well as entertaining. The food was delicious. Never had monkey bread before. Very good. Looking forward to my next visit.

It was really good. The service wasgood as well. I ordered their signature coconut cream cheese stuffed French toast. That was pretty good, I think the cream cheese could have been sweeter maybe mix in whipped coconut milk which is what I was expecting but still good. Definitely more than I could eat. The drinks were super good! They made sure we were happy which is always a 5 star in my book. Would go again? ABSOLUTELY!!

Food was basic.  Nothing spectacular.  Server was fine.  Tables are small & crowded.  We were sat next to the most annoying guy ever so that made the experience worst. Good sweet tea though. The sausage gravy had an odd flavor. Food was delivered quickly.
