My husband and I went for lunch on Saturday. We were seated promptly and drink orders taken. We then waited 30 minutes while customers who were seated after us had their orders taken. I finally complained to a waitress asking for someone to take our order. Our waitress hears and comes to take our order while apologizing. Food was really good once we got it. We both got dessert. Which my husband had to ask twice for them to be brought out. Two hours after we arrived we finally were done. All in all food was great. Service was terrible.

Went with friends Saturday, Feb 10. The only really good thing about dinner was the company. Our waitress dropped our appetizer plates.  Our iced tea came with no ice. Our food was not hot. The squash casserole had a most unpleasant tang to it so that we thought there was something wrong with it. We had to ask for butter 3 times. One of our friends never received his bread. The appetizers were brought when we were more than half finished. The table and especially the floor was sticky. Our last trip to Folks!!

My daughter & I went for lunch we were promptly seated & ordered our drinks & within a few minutes we ordered our food & enjoyed a nice lunch, good food & good service I couldn't ask for much better than that. We really enjoyed ourselves & the waitress was really attentive to our needs.  😎

Really enjoyed my meal. I finally found a restaurant that can cook chicken liver. I will most definitely be back to dine in. Server was nice and polite

The food taste terribly. The service was very slow and I were so disappointed. Please get some employees that care about producing great food.
