AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! Over the last several years I had them work on my truck and everything was fine. However, last year, I had them change all the fluids in my truck including the rear differential fluid. This summer, coming home from a trip to Kansas, the rear axle become very hot. We took it to an independent mechanic in Limon who said the rear differential fluid had NEVER been changed and was a quart low on fluid. After having fluid added, we managed to get to a Chevrolet dealership in Denver. They confirmed the the differential fluid had never been changed. Bear in mind the the truck only had 15,000 miles on it since the fluids were supposed to have been changed by Complete Auto. It was also not leaking as that would have left a stain on my driveway.The differential and all the rear axle bearings had to be replaced at the cost of $2000. When I got back to Fort Collins, I confronted them (with receipt in hand). The response I got was that "sometimes this happens" and "if you were billed for it, it was done". What I found out was the business had been sold last year and the new owners obviously are less then honest. AGAIN, DON"T BE RIPPED OFF BY THESE ***HOLES!

OWNER IS RUDE & DOES'NT CARE TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS - Despite the previous bad reviews, I decided to give them a chance. I called to get an labor estimate on installing a new clutch for my Jeep. I provided my phone number and was told that I would get a call back later that day. 24 hours later, I hadn't received a call back. I thought maybe he wrote my number down incorrectly, so I decided to stop by. I walked up to the counter, where the owner was playing on his pc. I immediately see my phone number still written on the notepad laying on the counter. I tell him that I called yesterday about replacing my clutch and left my number, but never received a call back. He rudely reply's with "If you pay me to install a clutch and it doesn't fix your problem, you're going to have to pay me again to remove it" I reply "Well of course, I'd like you to examine it and confirm that it needs replacing before doing it" He replies (again with a rude tone) "Well what made you think it was the clutch", I reply "I'm having trouble shifting and the clutch is making a lot of noise." at this point, I can tell he doesn't want my business as he seemed angry that I even walked in the door. I say "You know what, don't worry about it. I can tell you don't want my business by the way you're talking to me, and my phone number is right in front of your face" and then I walked out.

Called to make an appt and we decided a day, when I asked what time, he said he was open 8-6. Waited almost a week for the "appt.". I arrived about 10:45, he said he would do his best to "squeeze me in". Even though there was not another soul around and not one car in the bay, I grit my teeth and asked if there was a better time for me to come back. He actually said something like this...well I expected you at 8 and I expect when appts are made that you keep them!" WHAT?? You were the one that gave me a loose time. I tried to support a local, private small business and get treated like that!! He was close, I am new in the area and he could have had my business and two other vehicles for life but he had to play with my time and his power trip. I DO NOT want someone like that working on my car...forced me to go to a chain. Very sad.

They are honest and they will tell you the cost of everything before they do it. I recommend them.
