Nice clean and safe open air remote parking facility near Chicago O'Hare airport. Helpful staff, fast shuttle to and from the airport. The place offers certain car services such as oil change, car wash, auto detailing for your vehicle while you are gone. If you are running late, call them and they will meet you at the departure terminal to bring your car for parking (at an added cost).

Our group of six was met with a shuttle ready to go on the way to the airport. It was right next to where we parked our car so I didn't even have to put a coat on even though it was February.
On the way back, the shuttle was waiting at the airport when we got to the pickup spot. We dropped off next to our car so again, no coat needed. Car was moved up, had no snow on it, and was ready to go.
Drivers were both courteous. Those with me complimented me for my choice of parking place and couldn't believe how easy it was.

I received poor service at the Park N Jet O'Hare Airport Parking. Dropping off my vehicle was the easy part! I found a spot upon entering the lot. The "Fast and free O'Hare airport shuttle service" according to their website, pulled up right behind my truck, and within seconds I was off to the airport. 

But, the challenge was having the shuttle carrier pick me up upon my return. I contacted the Park N Jet by text, and phone twice. Each time by phone I spoke to a Pedro who said "the driver is on his way."  Honestly, the guy's tone was like an automated message. I don't believe he gave two cents about his customers or promptness in service. It took 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. This was unbelievable! The parking lot is 5 minutes from O'Hare, per their website.  Pedro did not apologize for the tardiness of his driver. He blamed it on traffic when I confronted him about this in person upon arriving at the parking lot.

This kind of service is just not acceptable considering the multitude of parking providers in the area.

I would NOT recommend Park N Jet O'Hare Airport.

Traveling is already a hassle, and if you’re like me, you need simplicity when it comes to getting to and from the air port. This was SO EASY and convenient. They’re prompt and friendly and best of all it’s so affordable! Don’t hesitate, this is a great service!!!

Great and speedy service at a reasonable price.  Even cooled down the car for us when we got off the plane.  Staff was awesome.
