We always use wally park when we travel. They are friendly and courteous and i never worry about our car while we are away. Nice lobby with complementary water and mints. Nice potties.

Friendly service. 

Paying in advance online saves time. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for their shuttles on either end. 

Your car is brought just a few steps from the lobby and waiting for you after picking-up the keys.

Its super expensive. I paid 16$ per day!!!! Will never use them again. Will ask friends or get a taxi to get to airport. Gave star because guy at the reception was friendly and helpfull.

We waited for an hour for valet attendant to bring our car up. "It is shift change" was reason given to us fir the long delay. Other travelers came in, got their cars and left while we waited. Then valet attendant tried to give us the wrong car saying "Are you SURE this isn't your car?" Turns out the wrong fab was attached to our claim ticket. Huge hassle. We will not use Daily Park again.

I could not think of a worse experience in anything I've ever spent money on. I dropped my car off at WallyPark O'Hare to go on vacation. When I came back, they gave me my keys and asked, "Does your door normally not open?" This is how I found out the valet smashed the entire driver's side of my car. The one positive in this is that they did open a claim immediately, but it's a huge hassle because their claims company only accepts things via the mail. And on top of everything, this place that smashed my car refuses to give me a reimbursement, and has told me several times they were going to get back in touch with me about that, but they never have. Their most recent reasoning is because I booked through a third-party, they cannot give me back my money. What I don't understand is how it is valid to take someone's money via a third-party, send them to a different third-party insurance agency, but not give them back money from a third-party. They smashed my car and their customer service is atrocious. I would strongly recommend not parking here in any capacity.
