Extremely awful service! When we arrived back to Chicago we were told to call them to pick us up.  However, their phone lines were down so we had to order a separate car service to pick us up.  After three weeks of calling the manager, I have yet to hear a response about us getting a refund.  Terrible customer service I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!

It's my very first time parking my car outside O'hare Airport. Left on November 14, 2017 and came back on November 20. My car was well kept, clean. The service was excellent, since the moment I dropped off my car, the staff was very helpful. Upon my arrival to Chicago, I called the number on my receipt and they picked me up in 10 minutes. I will def. be coming back everytime i travel. I saved a lot of money in taxis fees plus i love driving my own car. Routes has gained a customer for life, my family and friends too. I recommend Routes Airport Parking because of my experience and their prices as well.

A big black man gave me attitude over a question I didn’t answer the way he liked, then decided to mad-dog me until I finally told him to ‘have a good one’. Funny to me but I doubt all women (or men) would feel the same way.

This was an amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful . I recoment Routs to all the people I know . And when you call them they are nice very nice!

They unplugged my dashcam almost immediately after parking vehicle. The dashcam error log indicated power source removal, which was pretty obvious since the cable was hanging down away from the unit. Very unusual behavior and I will not be returning. Also, the on-demand shuttle made us wait 20mins before departing to airport.
