AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I used the service a few times and initially it seemed to work mostly fine. I had the impression that the car was dirtier than when I left it (even though I paid for indoor parking), and I wasn't sure the mileage matched with the one before the trip, but I hadn't written it down, so I might have been wrong. So I used the service again, since it was convenient, but since I was slightly suspicious I made sure to reset the mileage counter of the car to check if it changed. When I came back from my trip the car had 38.6 miles more than when I left it. I complained about it and they just showed me a piece of paper were the mileage was obviously written down after the additional miles were made. They even dared to insult me saying that I probably didn't reset the mileage counter properly. I have a PhD in Engineering and I do know how the mileage counter of my car works, and I can also tell the difference between 0.0 and 38.6. Since it was late at night and I was tired, and discussing with an employee that was clearly trying to fool me wasn't likely to be very useful, I decided to go home and try to solve the issue later. Considering that the company may not have been aware of that kind of behavior by their employees, I sent them an email explaining the situation and asking for a solution. They didn't even bother to reply to it. So not only they have employees who use the parked cars for their own purposes, but that also seems to align with the company policy, so they do nothing about it. Better rent your car while you are away, at least you'll get some money for someone else driving it meanwhile, instead of having to pay. Or just use one of the other parking options that do not involve valet parking. Unfortunately there is no option to give negative stars, otherwise they would get -5 from me. Shame on you!

It was easy in and easy out. The rate was very reasonable for what you get. We pulled in to a garage which is heated. They helped unload the vehicle and we waited inside for the shuttle to the airport which runs every 15 minutes or so. On the way back they had our car pulled out and ready in the garage. Once the shuttle arrived we were ready to go. Very nice operations. We were hoping to leave bulky coats in the car while on vacation and this worked perfectly. We were barely outside the whole time except for when we walked from the shuttle into the airport terminal. I highly recommend this place and we will use it again and again everytime we fly out of ohare

Wow, this is the only way to park your car when flying out of O'Hare. Super easy and CHEAP. You drop your vehicle off inside a climate controlled building, and they take care of the rest. When you get back, the car is back in the garage, warmed up and ready to go (awesome on those COLD Chicago winter nights!). There is no check out, just load your car and go. We will definitely use them again.

I've used this place 3 times and every time it has gotten much much worse than the first time. I gave them the benefit of doubt as their price was good and they were very close to the airport. Every time I've gotten someone that is ruder than the last person and they all seem to drive much worse than the last person as I well. My wife and I felt like we were going to get into an accident on the way to the airport this last time as the driver was driving very erratic. When being picked up the driver was extremely rude and made verbal comments about not being tipped. I always tip, I'm sorry that it wasn't up to his liking. I will never use these unprofessional jerks again.

This was a great experience. After the valet took my car, I waited approximately 10 minutes for the van in a comfortable indoor room. The van delivered me right to the Delta site. When I returned, the pickup van was waiting (I called when my plane landed). When we returned to the lot, my car was already there and waiting for me. It was perfect. I would give it more stars if more were avilable
