Dishonest corporate culture. Revolving door for property managers. The only honest employee we ever met got sent away to be replaced with more deceitful corporate cows. They left us without hot water in the dead of winter for three weeks. Maintenance crews flooded our kitchen from units above twice in three weeks because they have no idea what they are doing. They didn't salt any sidewalks or parking lots for a storm everyone knew was coming. They lost the our rent check and I can all but guarantee after the experiences we have had with y'all thus far (multiple employees having lied to our faces in the few years we've lived here) that we will be left on the hook for late fees and the stop payment charge that my bank is going to hold me responsible for even though it was their incompetence that lost a check that was dropped off at their office weeks ago. You want to know what you can do to improve my experience? Bring Rodney (the only honest person I've ever met on your payroll) back from the West Side, stop sending clownish maintenance crews who are so unequipped for their jobs they have to borrow my channel-locks (when they aren't doing crazy shit like trying to replace plumbing fixtures without turning the water off first, anyway), and eat the cost of the stop payment I have to put on a check that was last seen in an envelope that was lid into the slot on the office door that is literally labeled "rent". In short, if you want to improve our experience, the best thing you could do is stop being crooked and incompetent.
