In the last four years, I have purchased many long and short dresses, and a number of soft summer shirts.  That means that  some were purchased in the last year.  It is to my disappointment that 7 of the blouses have developed tiny holes in the fabric.  I took these blouses to the Oro Valley store and was pleasantly greeted by a customer assistant who agreed that the holes existed.  She then gave me the name and number of the customer relations manager, in Boulder, CO.  I talked to this women and she was not going to admit that this was much of a big deal, as I had worn the shirts.  She did say that the fabric of the blouses were such that they would not last more than 4 years.  She then said that a more durable fabric is being developed (an admission that the thinner shirts are known to be a problem.  This then led to her saying that because they were worn, the blouses would not be replaced.  She is sending me a new shirt and a 20% off discount on my next purchase.  I will never step into a Fresh Produce store again.  The headquarters office is not interested in backing their customers.    M. Busse

I shopped in this store in February and was very impressed with the help I received and the amazing selection. Travelling back this week to take my mom.

Have shopped in this store for the last time. Have shopped it four different times and each time the customer service and sales help was virtually non-existent. I would not be approached by anyone until I walked up the register to purchase the items I picked out. The last time I was in, there was no one else in the store except for myself and the 2 salespeople. They were trying on clothes and couldn't be bothered to help me! Wow. Save yourself the frustration and buy on-line or go to Clique @ River and Campbell which carries alot of Fresh Produce.
