I'd really like to see a provision for negative stars, just for rating Fry's. 

Illegal/deceptive pricing, they charge sales tax on food, the people who work here are brain-dead morons, managed by morons. 

Let's set aside the rumor that Fry's buys up defective production runs of computers, printers, etc. to sell. I'd not buy that sort of thing here. 

See something priced at X on the shelf? You can be sure it'll be 1.5 times X at the counter. 

20 years ago, the saying "you'll always find the best buys, at Fry's" may have been true. But you can save 30% and have far better consumer protection buying your stuff on Amazon.

One stop shop for all kinds of electronics. I like their billing counter method. One line leads to all bill counters; this makes the billing faster. Usually in other retail stores each billing counter has separate line and there is no way to predict the faster line. But in Fry's no need to predict the faster line, there is only one line. Even if one counter is slow, customers will be serviced at other counters. All other retail shops should learn from Fry's to setup their  billing  line. 
For nearly 2 decades Fry's is my darling shop; their customer service, hassle-free return policy, price matching, etc are all very nice. 
One shop still surviving in these ecommerce era.

Very poor experience, even the store manager would not make adjustment on turbo tax product even after computer department said it qualified. Said the don't price match by name. I wonder how many versions of Turbo Tax DELUXE 2017 are there. Your better of buying from Amazon.

We had a bad experience at this Fry's. I ordered a TV online to be picked up at the store. I was told I would receive an email when my order was ready to be picked up. I received the email about an hour later saying it was ready for pick up. We head to the store thinking it was a breeze, like picking up at Target but not so much. The TV was not ready and we had to stand in line to purchase it again. My husband had a chat with the manager about their process and expressed our disappointment. We finally got our TV an hour later.It would have been quicker if we had just walked in and grabbed it ourselves. We will not be going there again.

An average Fry's experience. Am tempted to give a lower rating as this place seems to have a serious aversion to having more than two or three registers open; yet plenty of employees milling around the store in general. If Fry's wants to keep people coming vs. shopping online, the checkout process needs to be quick, efficient and well staffed.
