Very clean and organized facility. The staff was friendly and willing to help me find what I needed. The store itself is huge! They sell anything you need for electronics and more. They had toys, camping gear, and even coffee. There was also plenty of parking and quick check out lines.

Have had bad experiences as a customer here.. 1.Black Friday online pickup experience was horrible and took 2hrs and I ended up finding the items myself. 2. Today I went there for a Sony camera which showed available online and in there store system,but store staff could not find it.. they state it was stolen and not updated.. what is happening at this store.. No management 3. Prices are never marked clearly in store.. items misplaced as well.. 4. poor customer service by staff most times 5. Cannot reach there phone support even after 15 mins hold..

I had a store credit and a gift card I wanted to use before I misplaced them. I needed some additional printer ink and a memory card for an upgrade/rebuild. We were able to find both items and were able to use the entire credit and gift card amounts. While there we interacted with three men. The two younger, under 35, were helpful, the older, over 50, was brusque, as though he had better things to do than talk to a mom and a kid. Personally, he gave me the impression that he thought that women shouldn't be asking about computer hardware. This is not the first time this has happened to me at a Frys store, but this is CA. I'd like to see a more enlightened approach! At the register, we had to wait a few minutes while they found a manager to okay the transaction. The lady who checked our merchandise out was polite, just subdued. I'm sure we will return someday, but for the most part, I just don't like being either ignored or treated like because I'm female I can't know anything about computers. Having staff talked down to me or ignore me, usually while they talk with whoever is the male between 15 and whatever age, whom I might be shopping with that day. Teach your staff to include everyone in the conversation, even if your staff assumes that we don't know anything because we're over 35. So, stocking and availability of items is good. Human interaction.....needs work.

A mix-mash of just about everything pertaining to electronics......and them some. Two negatives - prices missing on just about everything and kind of messy. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I may have bought a few items but there was without prices I just didn't want to. Nice big store kind of messy but if you're in the market for laptops this is a good place to visit

I don't know how they have a 3.8. I suspect some of the better reviews are from people who work there. No one there knows anything about the products they carry or electronics in general. The repairs department can't seem to figure anything out on their own. They need to send your property out to God knows who. In fact the "tech" guy who checked my laptop in also did deliveries. That doesn't sound like a tech guy. Then they keep your property for weeks to months, only to finally tell you the issue isn't covered by the warranty they fooled you into buying. No one calls you to update you on anything. You have to call THEM to figure out what the hell is happening. Also, it took almost 3 hours to drop my laptop off for service. When I finally was told to come pick it up, no one was at the repairs desk. I went to find someone in another department and was told they were ALL on break at the SAME TIME. I was fed up so as politely as possible I insisted to that employee that I be given my laptop so I could go. 70% of the time NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THE OTHER 30% YOU GET TRANSFERRED TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT. I am so mad I bought my laptop from them. I hate that I gave them my business. Oh yeah, I forgot the first laptop they sold me was a used one that was still registered to someone else. It was supposed to be new. Then when I returned it they didn't have what I wanted but I NEEDED something right away. I was desperate. I got what they had instead of going somewhere else. HUGE MISTAKE! I've made it my business to tell everyone I know and meet never to shop there or any other location. I'm also reporting them to BBB. Probably won't do anything but I'm doing it anyway. I'd like to do more. This wasn't just a piece of equipment for fun. This is for work and school. They freaking suck.
