I came to Gary's Automotive a few months back for some brake repairs and was thoroughly impressed. Tony and Beverly are the first to greet you and give you such a warm welcome. The entire staff of this establishment is so polite. They seem to care and be aware of your needs/concerns. I love the digital inspection that they send to your cell phone. They gave me a list of repairs that I would need in the future with pricing. Any repair the pricing is always given upfront, so I’m never shocked or surprised. Tony usually gives me an estimated time of when my car will be ready. So far, they are always done at least an hour or sooner than the time given. I love this place and will not trust anyone else with my car. The service provided here is rare and so greatly appreciated. I have told so many and passed out your business cards 😊Thank you!

Listened to my detailed explanation of car trouble. Provided timely estimates and updates. Sometimes parts take time to arrive and repairs take time to complete. But work was completed within the time frame they provided. My best experience with these fine folks! Highly recommend Gary's Automotive!

Have been going to Gary's for more then 10 years, and have found their work to be very satisfactory. They are a family business and are very polite and courteous to work with. Has a nice family atmosphere. They do the work in a timely fashion and keep you informed if they run into another problem. They  are very nice to work with and I will continue to use their services. A satisfied customer.

I completed the MD inspection today, and the staff is very friendly. He offered me some snacks and water to make me feel comfortable. The waiting area was very clean. The only thing that I’m not too crazy is the TV, which played too loud for my ear. I’m still going to give 5 star for this place though.

Gary's is a great place around here: an honest mechanic who doesn't try to upsell extra things, and lets you know just about how long before you "need" parts replaced. Decent prices, great staff, and a welcome soda and a bag of chips when you drop off or pick up. Excellent group.
