My husband had a vehicle from here. It was reposessed. We knew it was going to be. They gave us no paperwork when they picked the vehicle up, and now my husband has a flag on his license and a $500 fine. The paperwork they gave us told us the vehicle was repoed in December of 2015 and the insurance was cancelled in August, hence the fine for lapsed insurance. There is NO WAY I would cancel insurance before they picked up the truck. My insurance agent now says she knows I wouldn't do something like that and thinks they put the date they took the truck to auction on the papers instead of the date they took the truck. We were not informed that we needed to remove the plates before the truck was taken, we weren't even on the property when it was taken.

So far my experience has been phenomenal. I had to do most of my shopping and deal making by phone and computer and they made everything simple for us. Im in love with my car.

Untrustworthy, Lie to your face, just to trap you into a contract. Very unprofessional. I ask if they report to the credit companies and they said yes, only to find out that they don't. They don't report positive payments but they report negative payments. I was told the Vehicle was never in an accident but a blind person could see the damage to this car. They word the contract as if you are financing but it's actually being least. So that means you will never own that vehicle. If you get into an accident (God forbid) the payoff goes to the dealership, when leasing. If you have a problem the boss is never there and you will get the run around for weeks.

Mr. Koury was so nice and helpful. Nice vehicles. You know your buying a vehicle that has been ran thru it's paces.
