Service staff extremely friendly and all very helpful. I dealt with Josh who always went well above and beyond helping me. I even called him for advise on my truck and he had no problem helping me. Their service did a lot of work on my F350 and gave a correct diagnosis that 2 other stores that could not figure out.

Sent my wifes car in a few times because the front end on her 2013 ford excape would just shake to the point where you could not drive it over 40mph was told i needed new tires. Just moved to Fort Carson took it in there to get checked out for the same reason found out the reason why it was riding rough is because both axles where shot if you need to get your ford fixed go somewhere else

Stopped not expecting to buy a vehicle but was willing to entertain anything that seemed like a good deal. Salesman and finance people were very patient and helpful. Not pushy at all. Let us drive what we wanted without trying to push us a certain directions. Then did everything they could to put us in the vehicle we wanted. Even called back 2 days later to check on on everything. So far so good...and if it continues that way we will be going back and referring others. Salesman's name was Chad.

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Hixson in Leesville and two from Hixson in Monroe, so I like to think of us as loyal customers. On Memorial Day of this year, I noticed that the driver's side door panel in my 2014 Ford Explorer was warping. I brought it into your dealership and was told that it was not covered under my extended warranty, but I could contact Ford Corporate, which I did. I was assigned a case number and told that they would be contacting the dealership to see what could be done. I then waited, and upon hearing nothing from either Ford or Hixson, called Ford Corporate on August 4th. I was told at this time that the dealership (you) refused to pay for the repair and therefore my case was closed and could not be appealed. I then proceeded to call and speak to someone in your service department and was told, sorry you are out of luck and will be paying for the repair yourself. I was extremely upset, so I went on a rant against Ford on my Facebook page. At this time I was contacted by my fifth grade best friend, whose husband owns a Ford dealership in Arizona and she happens to be their service manager. She informed me that if I called her, she could get this fixed. It seems as if, after talking to her and learning the process involved in these types of repairs, Hixson Ford could have also paid to get this fixed with funds that you are allotted by Ford Corporate. She also told me that my issue is very common and they pay to have this issue fixed regularly! So, I must say that I am super disappointed in Hixson, and will never purchase another car from any Hixson dealership. I will also pass along my story, and discourage anyone else from purchasing a vehicle from Hixson.
