My experience was indescribable. Excellence is an understatement. After looking at the last review I was skeptical. Kristen Burnett I mean she was outstanding. I was amazed with her being a woman. Never dealt with a lady salesmen before. She was very knowledgeable, and honest. I was amazed how she took in all information given on what me and my family were looking for even the budget for the vehicle(She LISTENS)..lol. All my needs and WANTS were accommodated. We were not from the area, so before we made the trip, everything was taking care of. The FINANCE TEAM ROCKS. I will definitely refer all friends family, etc. This all goes to show you can never go by reviews. You have to witness most things for yourself. Thank you Vaughn Ford/Lincoln Family. my honey is HAPPY with his NEW Ford F-150.

Was lied to from the beginning, I asked Kristen Burnett do not run my credit app I wanted to add my wife and do joint account. Before I got home less than 20 minutes they ran my credit to 10 different banks at the same time. The truck I was wanting to look at was at another store. She told me she would have the truck delivered the next day and I could come test drive it. She called me that same day and said we got you approved. They ran my credit without my consent on a truck I only seen a picture of. They pushed and pushed and pushed me into getting this truck. The note was about $250 more than I wanted. I had the truck for 5 wks just to find out Joey the general manager lied to the finance company and they made me bring the truck back.  When I asked about my down payment I was told by Joey it would be in the mail in a few weeks. That's a big negative sir I needed my money back so I could go get me another truck. I had to drive to Bunkie the next day and explain to the owner of Vaughn. What happened he give me my down payment back and appoligized for the situation. I wouldn't buy a coke from the vending machine at Vaughn Ford in Oakdale b/c it is messed up too. These people don't care about you as a person. All they want is your hard earned money. If you want a big note with high interest and a vehicle you don't want then go right on down to Vaughn Ford in Oakdale and get you a good screwing. It's dealerships and sales people like this that give Ford a bad name. I've drove Ford all my life and got 3 in my yard right now, I'm seriously considering buying a GMC next. I'm not venting I'm just speaking the truth. Have good day😁😁😁😁
