From start to finish the process of buying a quality truck surpassed our exceptions at the New Gilroy GMC dealership. Our first interaction with seasoned salesman James on the lot and test driving the 2018 Denali with his courteous wingman Isaiah made us comfortable enough to make an offer. Adriana on internet sales was nice enough to send us over a quote while we awaited at home and thought it over. Not even two hours later we were back and making the purchase. Since buying the truck last Sunday 10/1/17 we have made multiple trips to the dealership to have the new one Auto Butler and take a less than 1 yr old Chevy truck in for service. Their service shop is BY FAR THE BEST I've ever dealt with AND the easiest. I was told a part we needed may take 3-5 days, somehow they were able to get it the next day. Interacting with Dallas, Moose and Casey was NOTHING but spectacular, friendly and exceedingly timely. I've told many people that I felt as if I was their only customer because their attention to detail and customer service was bar none. You have two very satisfied customers who will be excited to come back the next time we  need a new vehicle. THANK YOU!!!

Do NOT buy a car here! They are misleading and unprofessional. Do NOT let Luis, in financing, do your paperwork processing. I bought a car, signed, and left with a closed deal. Luis then called me a week later stating he had some options for me. I was taken back, not understanding what I needed options for. He stated he wanted my rate to go from a 2.99% to a 4.99% because the bank wouldn't agree to a 2.99%. I was upset because I walked out signing for the rate, payment, due date, and with a bank lender. Never did he imply the deal was not complete. He then told me it was done on a "spot delivery"...educate yourself please. A spot delivery cannot be made unless the dealer discloses that to you before leaving the lot and you agree to the fact the deal is still in process. I was never disclosed this information, and all my paperwork I signed said it was for a specific bank and rate. If this happens report it to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and/or get a lawyer because this type of scam is ILLEGAL and he was just trying to make a sale by scamming me. He has pulled my credit numerous times, which shouldn't have been done since my deal was suppose to be closed. I raised hell because someone's credit is not something anyone should abuse. After I clarified I did NOT want my credit pulled without my consent he DID IT AGAIN! Stay away. Do a loan through a credit union not with these people who are, either, uneducated at their profession or who are intentionally scamming you. Either way it is not right and it is illegal. I regret my purchase with GMC Gilroy.

Love it nice place to buy a new car also excellent service.this is my second time  coming to get a car very satisfied shaheeda it's the best!!!Moose  The manager he is very helpful,he made possible to get the car o my dreams

They were real nice but as I was leaving I saw a dark hand print on my left side of the windshield panel, dirty hand print. I could barely get it off and I have a brand new lease car.  They did not use the floor mat ether, I just vacuumed too. I try my hardest to keep my car clean and wish they would too.

Great customer services, extra stuff that come with the car, really good deals and rlly good experience. Ask for Bob, he will get you the best deals and work with you. The finance guy was great too, told me tricks to getting a better APR and stuff, like i said over all was a great experience. I came all the way from SF and would make that drive again if I have too.
