Danny and Irash worked extraordinarily hard to get me a great deal on the car I was looking at.  They were extremely responsive and easy to talk to.  I was dealing with about a half a dozen dealerships throughout the desert southwest and CA and they were absolutely the best.

The worst customer service possible. Someone claiming to be the sales manager, named Adam, actually said to me, "Have a crappy dau." Can't believe it happened. All because I asked to receive apromo given out from Hyundai. WOW!!!

I would steer clear of this dealership. Terrible customer service is putting it lightly.

Never buy a Hyudai. I bought a used 2010 from the Gilroy lot several years ago. After purchasing it I noticed the hood of the car was placed uneven dealership basically said too bad. My car handle has literally broken off my signal light in the middle back and now front left have burned out. I’ve had several other issues that were not covered and I’ve had to pay out of pocket. Would never recommend this place or a Hyundai.

I had the best car buying experience here at the Gilroy Hyundai dealer. Alex was great!!! They have the best deals in town. Alex took the time to explain me details and answered any questions I had. It was quick and easy and now I am enjoying my new ride!  Thanks Alex! for following up with me, it shows how much you care about your customers!!! Thanks guys!!! Happy customer!!!

We found the vehicle we were looking for and purchased it.  The salesman and the sales manager were very good to deal with.  The negative was the finance manager who tried to sneak an extended warranty in on us.  The only way we found out about it was when he told us what the payment would be.  We promptly told him we didn't want a $2,000 warranty which had a deductible.
