I would not recommend this place for any service. I took my car in a year ago to have its cruise control fixed as all it does is turn on the horn. I decided not to have it fixed at that time. A few weeks ago my car would not turn on so i brought it in. The starting issue was fixed because of a recall but the cruise control was another story. After they did their tests they said I needed a new part. I told them i brought it in to them a year or so ago and they said it was a short. I was told the part would probably fix it. After they ordered the part and it arrived 6 days later they installed it. During this entire time I was the one who made effort to contact them. I was never contacted unless i made the first step. After the part was installed i was informed that it did not resolve the issue and I still needed to pay for the part and inspection even though it was their recommendation.

I wish i can give it a -5 star. Dont go here for leasing a car. I had booked a supposedly "VIP" appointment and went there for leasing 2018 Nissan leaf S. 

The manager made me wait for 1hour and then came with a special quote for me. 7000$ down payment with 800$ per month for 36 months for leasing the car ($35800 more than the sticker price to BUY the car). Just to make sure there was no communication issue, i asked him that i would be returning the car after the end of lease and he said this is the quote for that only. 

I showed that most basic quote on nissan website says 4000$ down payment and 229$ per month. He said this is for people with elite credit history. 

Obviously i stormed out saying stop scamming people and stop wasting their time. The lesson is avoid this place.

Very nice group of people working there. Nice laid back approach of selling cars.  Drove away with a very nice new car and experience!

Drove my eGolf from San Jose to visit my cousin who is an employee of the company. Plugged my car in and walked to the grocery store to get something to drink came back they turned off the power. Left to bank came back to take my cousin to lunch and some jack came outside and gave me a hard time for plugging in because I wasn't a customer. Put a sign up that said they'd deactivate the box for so others. Guess they are not family friendly to employees.

Always get my car serviced here. They are very efficient and always take good care of my car. Definitely recommend them.
