This is the worst dealership I’ve ever seen, used or been involved in.  Their sales department is a total joke.  Here’s your keys was my Cadillac introduction. Within the first 3 months it was in the shop 3 times.  Each time took several days.   Then parts. Then parts got damaged then someone wax on vacation. 

But if you get a Cadillac it comes with the Cadillac experience.  And oil changes included.   If you don’t mind leaving your car all day for a 45 minute service. 

Just today I had a 10:30 apt to do as I wait.   But then he asked if I could drop it off.  of course. How long do you need.   Well till 1:30 to be safe

Ok.  I drop off.  Return at 1:30. Wait in office for 15 minutes while he’s on the phone.   Then he goes to “look” for my car.  I see it being driven into a bay and he comes back and says they need 45 more minutes.   We’ve had a lot of oil changes today.  Really?    Do you know what a schedule is?

Please avoid this dealership at all costs. Poor customers service at every level.  From now on I’ll drive an extra hour to avoid this place

Most mechanics and dealerships will take a look at something and diagnose it quickly. Here (and in the Bay area), to address a single issue takes 2 hours. I'm neither mpressed nor happy with their ability to organize. And there are only two loner cars.

Carlos A. Was more than helpful on providing me with the vehicle of my future.  Very satisfied.  Everyone there was polite and up beat. I would highly recommend them.

Today we came down to the Gilroy Chevy (2 hour drive) and we are so happy we did! I spoke with Carlos yesterday afternoon explaining my interest in a Hyundai Elantra. He worked quickly to answer all of my questions, encouraging us to come and check it out. He is very friendly (along with his co workers) and we were in and out with a new car in no time at all.  Carlos did a great job and I’m happy with our experience and purchase!

I have purchased many cars from dealerships all over the Bay Area and I have to say that dealing with Gilroy Chevrolet was by the best experience I have ever had! Hector and Derek from the internet sales team are an A+ duo as they were very knowledgeable about the 2017 Chevrolet Bolt LT I purchased, answered every question I had and were just nice guys in the process. Never felt any pressure to “buy now” and that is a great car buying experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would and I hope to deal with the two of them again!

Oh and the finance Manager was a breeze to work with!
