I go here because it is conveniently located near my home. However, these ladies are pretty dry, especially if you are just dropping something off for UPS or USPS.  It's like I'm an inconvenience and whenever I am finished with my transaction and say "Thank you," because I really do appreciate being able to just drop off my UPS package, they never say "You're welcome." It seems like they could learn a lot more customer service skills, like saying "You're welcome" or "Thanks for stopping by" or "Come see us again" or "We appreciate your business."

I drop off FedEx packages almost daily for my Guitar Company shipping around the world. They are extremely friendly handling my USPS Intl shipments as well plus they use an Intl tracking service where the USPS in it's ever failing service no longer does. The staff here has a huge can do attitude plus you are guaranteed to get a smile from everyone here.
If only the USPS had this type of friendly, efficient operation, but they do not.
This Going Postal Location always shows a commitment to excellence.

Best service ever. I have had a mail box here for years. I am out of town a lot and have even lapsed on payments but they took great care of me and always greet me by name when I go in no matter who is serving. From what I understand they are all family members working there and you can tell they all care. Great business that I will continue to use for years to come.

This place is small and perfect. Never busy. The owners are the sweetest people. Extremely friendly. The first time I went here I was having issues filling out the international forms and my 3 year old was touching everything. They have a little desk with crayons and papee for jids and they gave him some bubbles and an airplane to distract him while they helped complete my forms. Way better than any usps!
