One chick is great. Good sense of humor and very pleasant. The rest could (and should) be replaced by robots. Also, I don't know if our mail person works from this post office but he's definitely part of the review. He's a nice guy overall but L. A. Z. Y. We had a certified letter about a computer repair we were having done and they left one notice on our door (no knock, no doorbell ring, trust me, the dogs would let me know) saying they'd attempted to deliver it. Nope. I was home. Got a second attempt notice IN MY MAIL BOX. That's not even an attempt. I was home that time too. So, I had to drive to the post office (why are we paying for postal service again? UPS does a better job and they're pleasant.) to pick the letter up and the lovely lady wasn't there so had to deal with someone who obviously hates her life and job. I was pleasant because its not her fault I'm there but she was not and acted like it was an imposition to help me. Please.....sigh and roll your eyes again. Can y'all try to hire someone who appreciates that they have employment and great benefits and vacation? Someone who can smile at least some of the time? Most of these people are a waste of space and oxygen.

Been trying to recover a lost package(I made a mistake with the shipment) that has to do with this location. I try to call and call but have never been able to get through. There's been a very nice lady that has helped me out as best she can and gives my info to one of the higher ups. But I never received a call back even after going there twice, and I live across town so it sucks they never pick up the phone. Not a bad place but try to avoid any shipping issues that you can so you don't have to deal with customer service that is slow to resolve an issue.

Had to have lock fixed on mailbox. Lock got fixed but the company that fixes the lock is separate from the post office. The post office doesn't have our mail keys. Cannot tell us how to get them from the company. Mail has been sitting in the mailbox for many days now. How can the Postal Service hold our mail hostage. This is ridiculous. How can they NOT know how to get us new keys? Suggestion by employee "Flag the mailman down and see if he'll give you your mail." Seriously!!

I lost my mail key and went in 2-3 weeks ago to put a mail hold on my mail and to get a new key. When I came in to get my mail and check on the key there's no mail, and 3 items were supposed to be there, and still no key (which I get). I live two neighborhoods behind the post office so my request shouldn't get too lost, but still today there was no mail. I'm waiting on medical stuff/bank stuff, how do I get this mail if you guys are playing with me like this? To tell me I have had zero mail in two weeks? That's total trash. Oh and there's zero way to check on when my new key is going to arrive or get done?? I can go to Walmart and they'll cut a key instantly.. Also when I asked if I could show other items than a lease agreement to prove I lived at my address, ( like the numerous bills, or my ID that was issued over a year ago to me with this address on it) I was made to feel like I was trying to steal my own info. Luckily the woman realized her error, she was so embarrassed when I came back she pulled someone else over to make sure I got good service.
