Forwarded mail back to Vegas from Michigan. Mail was sent to Vegas Address and forwarded to Michigan where my daughter had to send it back to us. Had delivery issues last year also. Tried to call to figure this out. Got national voicemail rather than a person in Summerlin P.O.  Terrible service here. Wonderful service inBoyne City MI

This is the worst post office ever. We have a different mail carrier every single day!! Supposedly because no one wants this route? Antelope Way 89145. Other neighbors have gotten my mail. And I have gotten other people's mail. And I wonder how many pieces of. Mail I haven't received????

DISCRIMMINATING RUDE RACIST HERE! Kevin, one of the worker, has discrimminated us because  we were Asians. The mail was on hold when we did not request for it, so we went to pick it up. And this Kevin dude stopping us in the middle of my talk, like BABABABABABA, like im a sheep or something. He is also trying to teach me for not bringing my ID telling me to learn from the 'painful' lesson. He didnt even give back our mail even when my sister had her ID, telling our whole family to be present with a photo ID. We had the head of the household present at the place, the spouse back in home sick. Another person is out of country for work. Do I need to bring those people all the way here for the mail? They are there to solve the problem and help us, not to be rude and discrimminate others. 
Two very kind generous mom and daughter saw the situation and followed us to give us hugs, telling us they were sorry for this horrible situation. Personal thanks to those awesome family.

I wanted to get a passport, and this seemed to be the closest office to me. I have probably called the passport number literally 2-3 dozen different times on different days, different times, etc. I get one of two responses, either it rings with no answer or else I'll get their answering system which is pretty much pointless because there is no option to leave a message. I did also try calling the main office number, got an automated recording saying that it was transferring me to the next available agent, but then I got a busy signal. I actually used to work for a government office, and I know it was a HUGE deal if we didn't answer the phone or didn't get back to people when they called. Not sure why the USPS can get away with that.

They don't deserve even one star.  I called Passport Services countless times and only option is to leave a message.  I've left messages over course of 2 months and no returned phone call ever.  I even called and spoke to Supervisor - the only thing she did was take my name and number and didn't even say that someone would call me back.
