Real service and competence are hard to come by these days, which is why this business is so refreshing. We moved miles away but kept our PO box with them because they are always kind, fast, and professional.

The only other post office near me is always too busy and crowded, so this Postal Pros is the best alternative. It costs a little more than USPS, but staff is friendly and helpful, the store is very tidy and organized. If you have a lot of postal errands to get done during the Holiday rush, this Postsl Pros is a nice alternative to other busy Usps office.

I've been using their mail boxes for over 2 years...they have the best postal services and everyone is helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

The guy working was so nice! I was sending a package and he offered to try to make it fit (after making sure it wasn't fragile) into a flat rate envelope so I could save 7 bucks, and it fit! He saved me money and was so sweet, I'll definitely be going back for any of my mailing needs.
