Attempted to deliver a package that required a signature while I was at work. Which is fine.  But the next day the delivery man came to deliver packages for my roommate, and told me that my package was missing. It’s been 5 days now, and they haven’t been able to locate it. They are rude when I call/come in to check on the issue. They promise they would call by a certain time, they never do. The package was insured, but the fact that my items went disappeared overnight from their facility, and they treat me poorly when I’m in there, it’s just ridiculous. There are no repercussions for their negligence, and I couldn’t be more livid.

89131- The battle of the crazy incoherent mail woman continues. Every month she takes all of my mail and keeps it at the post office. I go and get it and then she is supposed to resume delivery....third time doing this dance 3 days and she still hasn't began redelivering my mail. 

She changed my key without reason. Pulls all of my mail for being filled once a month, usually doesn't leave the blue note letting me know I wasn't robbed or something.

When I go to pick it up they go "Oh you live on HER route"...yeah so I am not purchasing my house and moving to a different area thanks to this crazy mail woman holding my bills, packages, and payments hostage. 

Made a formal complaint, no results. If anything she got worse.

Mail not being delivered.   Delivery updates stating my package was delivered on Friday.   Went to the post office as the package was not in my box.  They said it would "magically appear,  in your box tomorrow".  Today it didn't magically appear.   Actually no mail appeared.   This is a continual problem with tracked packages.  I also received a 4 inch stack of mail last week after I complained about not getting mail delivered.   I suspect our mail person is lazy and only is delivering mail one every week or so.   The post office and mail person by my work office is awesome.   Someone needs to investigate the personnel at this office.

I have had numerous mail items either delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. Filing a claim is a nightmare with them. Just overall a bad post office. Most of the employees in the building treat you as though they are entitled to their job and treat you disrespectful and rude. If you ask a question it's like your putting them out. They suck donkey balls. I wish this wasn't the office that delivers my mail....they all can't be this bad.....can they??

Oh my god , this is a danger zone. Moved from NC to Vegas last year , still haven't received all of our mail. The counter workers are terrible , the lady where you pick up mail on a hold is rotten and it goes all the way back to the carrier. They forget that they work for us , but it's all good Trump will catch up to the USPS. Like he has with everything else and then karma kicks in.  JUST A WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PO.
