Just as with everything in life, customer service is a 2-way street. I believe the 1-star reviews are incomplete. If you walk in with a bad attitude, of course you're going to leave a poor review. And it's one of those things that you have to understand in our human nature: when we are greeted with frustration and hostility, it's all too easy to reciprocate. Take responsibility for the exchange and show up with a smile, from the get-go, treat the workers like you want to be treated - heck, crack a joke - and you will find they pay their bills and put food on the table for their families too, same as you and me. Of particular note, Carol and Becca are exceptional and both have servants' hearts. Promote!

I had no problems with the employees. I only needed stamps and was in and out in no time.

I used to love going to this location. #1, its the closest to my house and #2 I felt like it s like a post office express-shorter lines, etc. Until this guy Steven started working there. He is rude, super slow, and doesn't care. I feel like I came to his house and he wants me out. His movements are so slow, its like watching a slow motion. I cant stand it.

The clerk at the postal service in Albertsons on Cheyenne and Rampart refused to give me services because I walked in two minutes before closing. Her name is Mary Jane. And once I walked in she rudely says "I'm closed in a minute if you're not ready". I was only going in to ship a priority letter to my sister in the military. I understand that I had went in before closing but I rushed right after work. I did not walk in with a bad attitude. In fact, I was greatful that they were open and tried to hurry so she could close. But after receiving that kind of customer service, I was so disappointed. She took my mail from me and starts processing it. She told me if she were to walk into my job a minute before closing that I would hate that. I told her of course "that's frustrating, but you do not have to treat people this way". She quickly responded "why not?". She ranted about being at work that night alone and having to count money in the register and that she wanted to go home. She asked what I do for a living and where I work. I told her it wasn't any of her business. I said I know what it's like, but I'm still respectful and asked her isn't that what you do is provide customer service? And she answered "no I don't". I became upset and wanted to finish the process just to send this letter to my sister. She then looks at my address and reads it outloud, then says "Oh, I know your courier.". This absolute sounded like a threat to me and when I asked her what she meant by that she snickered to herself. She kept making very disrespectful remarks and even asked me "Are you going to lick it?" Meaning my envelope that was open still. And she laughed to herself. I took her name down and asked for her supervisor. She refused to give me the name of any person to complain. I told her to finish my transaction and I would be reporting her. As I left she says "good luck". I don't want anything in return except for an apology and to have her management acknowledge that her actions are inappropriate and should be addressed. I tried to call the hotline on my receipt but it's just automated. I need help to find the right individual who oversees that location. This is very wrong and it had me in tears after I left because I did not expect this from a "civil servant", which is the term she used to call her position.
