I was forced to use kaiser occupational health due to my employers choice in providers. Everything my ppo primary doctor diagnosed was contradicted by this office including two lab tests performed in parallel in two labs. If you want to be treated like you are lying and trying to cheat the system go here. If it is a situation where it is possible to miss any substantial days of work.. I HIGHLY RECOMEND HAVING A LAWYER BEFORE PROCEEDING. It will make it easier to have unbiased visits and testing performed through your primary care doctor. 

The staff is rude if you have any questions or can't reach the office via phone. I had to drive in on two occasions for simple things like test results etc. as online access is only for kaiser members.
