Got Emailed from the manager through indeed that they looked at my resume and wanted to set up an interview. Went to the interview and it went well, the manager Cassie told me she would be emailing me a background​ check that day to complete and would call me in the next day or two to also set up a second interview. That was a week and a half ago now. Though I have found new work anyways due to bad reviews of this workplace, customer care, and a woman stating when she got a repair her diamond was stolen and replaced with one of lesser value, I find it very unprofessional of them also to give me false information as such instead of being straight forward or following through at the times stated or at least communicating with if it was going to take longer than told as far as the hiring process goes. It's very unprofessional to just leave someone with no communication and has left a bad look truly as far as employment goes. If you are looking for a professional work place that handles business in a professional manner, do not bother applying here.

My mom brought her wedding ring to this location to have it repaired and resized and they stole her diamond and put a different one in there of lesser quality without her knowledge.  She had awesome clarity and they stole hers. Can you believe that how awful! Do not go here.

Kay and Goodman same crap different name. I never asked to get a credit card I already had one I went to Hoff instead and was able to pick a diamond and customize the ring within 2 weeks it took Kay a month and a half to size a ring I got for my girlfriend for Christmas that wasn't sized properly and broke

They are very good and understanding, my ring I got from another store was too small and so they decided to help me look for a new a cheap one, very friendly, I highly recommend and gray deals too
