I had the most amazing experience.    Ashly was so easy and great to work with. She listened to what I wanted and the budget I had to work w and created me the most amazing ring.   I could not have hand picked a better person to work w.   Her patience and knowledge were unmatched.   Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Just a great overall experience! The prices and designs were great with the quality that matched! I felt very comfortable with the whole process and Ashly was so helpful with every little detail. The engagement went off flawlessly and really could not have happened if it weren’t for everyone at Continental Diamond! Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase at Continental Diamond. The staff, specifically Linda, are incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly they are personable. Linda as truly become a friend and asks about my family every time I walk in those doors. I have never once felt pushed into a purchase and the level of hospitality is top notch (I mean, what other jeweler always has warm cookies and plenty of beverages on hand all the time?).  I would highly recommend continental and have sent many of my friends to see Linda!

Hands down best possible experience - for my husband and myself! So good went back!!! 

Katie B. helped him make an original ring design the most gorgeous reality! She offered great guidance, made it fit budget, and truly understood exactly when he explained what would suit me & I'd love best :) When picking out his ring, even on a busy day, she was 100% attentive and gave us $1 million service - regardless of what we spent. I've also LOVED the extra touches like the bottle of wine, small gift, and congratulatory cards I've received along the way.

I don't know if I'm the only one who has experienced this, everyone talks about all the awards they have won, they are family owned (why should this make someone choose you) and amazing customer service. My fiancé & I went here because we heard a lot people talking about this vendor. We walked in were never greeted by any one, there were TONS of employees talking with other employees. After about almost 10 minutes a staff member approached us. We told her exactly what we were interested in and looking for. We asked many questions that some she couldn't answer regarding financing etc. We left completely dumbfounded that someone who works in a diamond business you would think are simple and common questions, she couldn't answer them. About a week later we showed up and again never greeted when we walked in, the previous lady was not working but she had set aside items we discussed, we walked up to the desk & at first they wouldn't let us see these items as we had been working with the other lady, finally we told them what went on & wished to consult with someone else & hope to have a better type of service with a different employee this time. When we viewed the set aside items, they did not match anywhere close to what we asked for, the carat size, the shape, the bands, everything was completely off. The salesman was even confused based on the notes the previous employee took of our meeting. They introduced us to the owner, just because we met him doesn't change what happened or how poorly this service was. We again left just completely in shock how these people win awards & rave reviews. We ended up continue with another employee through Continental and unfortunately just felt the same there really was not a lot of help in buying these items and when we wanted to customize some things, they had no help or answers to our questions. We are young, easy going people & never complain, but again I truly have no idea how this place wins awards. It clearly has to be, poor customer service AND serving your grandmothers cookies with great mixed alcoholic drinks at their bar once you throw thousands of dollars down definitely wins awards. Remember what your customers are coming to you for rather than feeding cookies. We are gladly throwing our thousands of dollars elsewhere and drinking jack & coke at home. Very disappointed in this company.
