Manager and supervisor on duty are very rude. Last Wednesday 4/22/15 I bought stamps in the self service kiosk after they were closed and the machine didn't give me the stamps. I didn't get a chance until Monday 4/27/2015 to go back and ask for either the stamps or money back. They were very rude and asked me why I waited until Monday. I do not have to give them an explanation as to why, but I did, and I simply hadn't had a chance to go to the post office again. I just wanted to have the five stamps I had bought, not even necessarily my money back, but the ignorant and unhelpful manager was not willing to do so. Very bad customer service and unhelpful to the people that help put food on their plates, as they are government employees, and as such public servants.

We went in to apply for passports only to be told we needed to be there by 3 pm. A young man named Will still waited on us and even though we weren't able to accomplish our goal that day, we greatly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. Strong customer service is hard to come by these days and he definitely has it!

STAY AWAY FROM THE US POSTAL SERVICE KIOSK THERE!!! When sending a parcel with tracking number be sure to double check whether the correct City, State, and Zip code has been entered. Their clerk made a mistake on a parcel I sent last 09/04/2014 which was intended for Gardner, KS but instead a wrong city, state and zip code was entered. The parcel to date has been going around in circles from PA, MA, KS, MI then back again to PA in a continous loop. I went back to this postal service and the lady with the Russian accent was RUDE, UN HELPFUL and DISMISSIVE. Totally denying any responsibility even if it was one of their employee who made the mistake of entering a wrong info on the tracking number. Better send your parcel else where and save you the headache later.

Love this place!!! Especially when I am the only Anglo in the joint! I really do have a blast shopping here though. Love to buy Sushi supplies here. Best in Vegas.

Chanya or whatever her name is is the rudest person that has ever assisted me. I was shipping a package and she was supposed to print a shipping label for me but she left, leaving me just standing there.. Didn't even say anything. I figured she needed something from another room but after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked someone else to assist me and I also asked him to check where Chanya went... Turned out she just took her lunch break and left without helping me or asking someone else to do so. She also talks loud, as if you're stupid and she's trying to make you understand something... But the truth is, she is the dumb one because she has no manners and isn't even fluent in English, so it takes some time to understand what she's saying, or should I say yelling?! I saw some other people getting frustrated while dealing with her so I don't think her managers are unaware of her attitude. I am just disappointed and sad to see that people like her get paid better than the majority of the population and get better benefits than people who really deserve it. The rest of their staff is cool though, I usually go to the guy with grey hair and an earring (forgot his name), but yeah, he is very polite and respectful to his customers.
