UPDATE: I spoke with USPS customer service & they are contacting consumer affairs for our location bc of the behavior I dealt with. The USPS is also very angered that supervisor, SHANNON stated on the phone with me that the 1-800 # does not represent the post office. The fact she lied about that and it was proven she lied about the date the package was mailed, she will face consequences from her superiors (post master and district manger). Don’t give up if you are treated unfairly-you will get the service you deserve ORIGINAL POST I have been very patient with USPS regarding a lost package with unusual activity pertaining to the tracking #. Finally received and Shannon, the West Ridge supervisor called. Because I had questions regarding my late package, she became very impatient then angry; continually yelling and talking over me-basically calling me a liar. I said I had proof of complaint and she still continued to dismiss me. I said I only wanted an apology but she hung up on me. Extremely rude and obnoxious. I asked to speak with her boss and she stated she was. I have found her boss and will make her see her verbiage and attitude is uncalled for

I am not surprise with all these BAD REVIEWS! Because I, Myself, experienced a very humiliating service Yesterday 3/1/2018 at 5:09 pm (BAD EXPERIENCE TO START MY MONTH & TO END MY DAY). I came to the USPS in this location to send some letter & this Filipino (Around 40 - 50 years old in appearance, skinny black and gray hair) The only Filipino guy who work that time, gave me an ATTITUDE! "WE ARE CLOSE!" Me: I am sorry what time you guys close? Him: 9 to 5! Me: I'm sorry I thought you guys open 5:30 Him: 9 to 5! Me: Ok tomorrow what ti.... (he then again said with attitude) Him: 9 to 5! Me: are you mad? Him: no, 9 to 5! Me: I am asking you nicely you are giving me that tone. Him: Oh ok, let me sing it for you... 99999999 tooooooo 555555! (he literally sang the word 9 to 5!!) Me: you are not funny! ( gave him the serious face and walked out) Bottom-line, WHAT THE HECK?! really USPS? this is how you TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES?! Is this your Vision and Mission? This is Humiliating, Embarrassing & TOTAL DISSATISFACTION! this is a Big issue you guys need to fix! Oh good thing I have my MANNERS! because my EMPLOYER taught us that! or else I would have cause some serious retaliation there. I am a known blogger and I can share my SERIOUS SENTIMENTS towards this location and let the whole U.S.A what is the service like in this LOCATION in LAS VEGAS NV. I am only referring to this FILIPINO GUY! non of the worker seems impolite! the other person was shock and surprised because of how this USPS GUY ACTED TOWARDS ME! This is a very BIG DEAL in regards of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know as a whole (USPS) you will not tolerate this issue and will protect the name you guys kept for many generation! I will still come stop by here to see how and what has been improve if everything was addressed! because next time there will be no more REVIEWS! but a FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM & TWITTER Headline. We can't have those people acting like a 12 year old! Let's be an Adult! your place is a Business place and let us please Act like it!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. No parking here, lines are always out the door (literally) and it takes 30 mins minimum to do ANYTHING here. Avoid if you can. I will say that going forward I will NEVER use USPS unless I HAVE to. I never have this issue with UPS or FedEx.

Dishonest, and lazy. They claim no secure location, yet no one came to the door. They claim a notice was left, yet no notice was left. Hey, who cares though, its my problem now. I would love to see USPS gone, and replaced with any other shipping company. Someone who actually values their customers. Your level of service is a joke. Oh you want to call for assistance, good luck with that. Youll spend hours listening to the automated prompts, and never getting through to someone.

I dont know why this place have such a terrible review. I did experience a couple of flaws but the good parts overcame it. Learn how to look at the positive side people lol! So I came here today around 12:15/30pm with a giant green bubble wrapped package to ship to CA that another USPS branch refused because it was too big and FedEx store refused because it wasn't in a box. Both places were only 1 mile away from home btw and I have shipped 2 of the same packages before, 1 through each courier. Anyway when I came in, there was a man who guided me to get a label off the wall to use if I didnt already have one. Once I started writing on it, I realized those were not free, pfff! And it was not necessary! So I just crumpled it up and threw it. He made it seem like it was necessary but didn't inform it was an extra charge. I got to the counter and was assisted by a super sweet lady with long blonde hair. At first I was afraid of going up to her counter and thought I should let the person behind me go first to avoid her lol. She looked so fabulous and I thought she was going to be uptight. Good example to never judge a person by their look smh! Since my package was gigantic, she made her way and brought her scale up on top of the counter to be able to weigh it. After measuring it she said I barely exceeded the maximum limit by 3inches and that if I still wanted to proceed it will cost me $75.xx for a ground shipping of 3-4 days. Unless I try to butcher off those 3inches first and come back and try again. If I make it before the limit it will only cost me $17.xx plus it will be bumped to Priority 2 days. I agreed to the $75 charged since this packaged already cost me so much hassle. But her encouraging made my mind. I came back almost an hour later after butchering some inches off. I was hoping to get assisted by the same lady again but I forgot how she looked like so I didn't get to ask to wait for her counter. Another lady with a black hair helped me. She was ok, seemed pretty uptight. I felt I was going to encounter another problem by going to her but when the lady on the next counter heard our conversation, she immediately jumped in our measurement process and told her I should be good by now for a Priority. Im glad she remembered me. The lady currently assisting me seemed to have loosen up after that and gave me a price of $25.xx. SOLD! Thank you ladies for helping me out today! Im sure you go get many rude customers who thinks you all work for them and can treat you like servants (sorry).
