Dishonest, and lazy. They claim no secure location, yet no one came to the door. They claim a notice was left, yet no notice was left. Hey, who cares though, its my problem now. I would love to see USPS gone, and replaced with any other shipping company. Someone who actually values their customers. Your level of service is a joke. Oh you want to call for assistance, good luck with that. Youll spend hours listening to the automated prompts, and never getting through to someone.

If I could give no stars I would. Shannon called me today to inquire about the complaint I filed. When I explained to her my issues she basically told me that the carriers do what they feel like, and the left hand never knows what the right is doing. When I asked her what the hell the problem was with this office, she told me to stop cursing at her. Apparently the word HELL is now a curse word and offensive. When I switched it and said what the HECK is the problem with this office, and that if she was going to continue to be rude I'd go to the main office on sunset and file a complaint with the postmaster she hung up on me. I did go to the main office and file a complaint. It's really sad when the people there all know Shannon for her exemplary customer service skills (sarcasm) You can never get anyone to answer the phone, the carriers do whatever they feel like in regards to delivery of packages, and no one really cares. Must be nice to be a government employee that can't be fired. This place sucks!!!

I've had mostly good experiences with this post office. You'll notice many of the bad reviews come from people barely able to write, or think for that matter. I'm no genius, and I've had some moments where the P.O. staff has been vague or icy-cold for no reason, but I can figure out that if I THINK about what I'm doing with postage, try not to hold people up with things I could have had ready BEFORE getting into line, and am somewhat polite to the staff, this post office does just as good a job as any. They usually deliver with no problems, and I'm out of town often so holding my mail for me has worked every time. The biggest problems I've had with my mail is from thieves breaking into the mail room at my condo, idiots in line at the P.O. that expect the staff to read their minds and hold everybody up... but usually NOT the P.O. staff members, who seem to have endless patience with all those morons in line. If you're in line, do us all a favor and figure out what you're doing before expecting all of us to wait for you to get your act together.

Wonky tracking. I always use the self-serve kiosk because the line is often 5-10 people deep. When I do, my First Class packages invariably get scanned as "Arrived at Unit, Sorting Complete, and Out for Delivery in Las Vegas" when they're bound for different states. Eventually the tracking is updated correctly when they arrive at the destination hub, but this is a consistent glitch (happened with 7 out of 8 First Class packages so far) and needs to be fixed. Good luck getting USPS to do something about it though.

It has been a month no mail. I called, useless. Walked in, useless. Put notes on the mailbox (inside and out) useless. I am waiting on my debit card and credit card so I can pay college tuition. If my cards don't come in by then I am during this company 1,092 dollars plus 25 for every day my tuition goes unpaid. I have been nice to them but they have yet to fix the problem.
