I kind of understand why this particular USPS has a lot of bad reviews...but this place isn’t that bad. They have good, friendly staff that are able to eagerly help you. My only complaint is that they keep the doors open 24 hours a day (for the kiosk or deposit boxes) but that enables the homeless people to come in and basically camp out at the location. They could probably have security to prevent this as now I won’t let my wife use this location after hours because I’m worried about her being attacked or harassed for money.

I don't think I have seem more than two workers behind the counter which makes for a very long wait then when you finally get to the counter depending on who you get (so far I have had one nice employee) be prepared for a rude encounter. They don't smile, they speak rudely, and they seem like they don't want to be bothered. So why work there? Today I had a question and instead of driving all the way down there I thought calling would be easier ha ha big mistake, I had to call five times because they do not answer the phone. When someone finally answered talk about rude as hell. I asked my question she cut me off to answer it and when I asked another question she was like "yes yes yes" while I was speaking and in that omg yes I need to go voice. It was just rude and not very helpful. I said "okay and" and she said "yes that's it" and then hung up on me! You can tell when someone doesn't want to talk and she did not want to talk, guess someone told her to answer the phone and do her job and she didn't want to. They really need to look at their employees, they are the face of the post office and they truly are the worst staff ever. I will now avoid this post office and I hate the fact that this is my post office. I hope I never have to return!!

This is the worst post office ever. What is everyone even doing? I'm currently on the phone trying to speak to someone. It just keeps ringing for 3-4 minutes, then the line goes busy then the call ends. I've been trying to get ahold of someone to find out if my package is even there after it's been marked undeliverable so I don't have to go stand in line just to waste my time. VERY UNHAPPY. I'll just keep calling and blowing up the lines until someone answers. For the record, I've been calling since 3:18pm, it is now 3:38pm and I've made 5 calls. All of them just hang up on me. YOU GUYS ARE OPEN UNTIL 5PM. I really don't understand what the hell is going on.

THEY ARE SOOOOOOO SLOW ITS FRUSTRATING, ALWAYS LONG LINES AND JUST 1-2 AT THE DESK... THE SLOTH AT ZOOTOPIA MOVED FASTER.

I had a package intercepted. I called and spoke with Deanna the supervisor (the worst ever) she assured me my package was SUCCESSFULLY intercepted and was on its way back to me. She also told me it was a new carrier and he didn't know how to log an intercepted package. The next morning the tracking showed DELIVERED?! I called, emailed several times. No return phone call or email. The customer that I intercepted the package (because I didn't want to do business with) contacted me stating her neighbor brought over the package and the carrier had left it at the WRONG house. I called Deanna immediately and emailed. Still did not return my call or email. I then emailed demanding she email me exactly what happened to my package so it would be documented in an email. She REFUSED. I sent another 6 emails in 7 fans as well as multiple calls. She finally called but didn't leave a voicemail. I sent ANOTHER email asking her to email or leave a voicemail for DOCUMENTATION. She would call and NOT leave a voicemail, would email just saying that she called and would try later. I emailed her again asking her to put in writing why she said my package was intercepted, but was actually left at the wrong address. She WOULD NOT email me or leave a voicemail so I could report and open a 2nd claim. I finally requested Deanna's supervisors name and number. She gave me HER offices number and suggested her assistant manager was HER manager? Called the office asking a worker with a thick accent what is the name and number of Deanna's boss. He said "she is the boss and there is no one else higher then her? The next day Deanna called me, stated she left a vm. She lied again when I told her, yes she called but DIDN'T leave a vm. She insisted she did and said she had 2 workers with her while she left me the voicemail? The voicemail was 4 seconds long with her saying nothing. The lack of responsibilities and professionalism disgusted me. After a week of over a dozen phone calls and emails, my package WAS NOT intercepted and left at the WRONG address? Now after all this turmoil she caused I have to open another claim and will be filing a complaint. Absolutely disgusting customer service and lack of responsibilities and professionalism. Deplorable representation of the the USPS.
