I don't think I have seem more than two workers behind the counter which makes for a very long wait then when you finally get to the counter depending on who you get (so far I have had one nice employee) be prepared for a rude encounter. They don't smile, they speak rudely, and they seem like they don't want to be bothered. So why work there? Today I had a question and instead of driving all the way down there I thought calling would be easier ha ha big mistake, I had to call five times because they do not answer the phone. When someone finally answered talk about rude as hell. I asked my question she cut me off to answer it and when I asked another question she was like "yes yes yes" while I was speaking and in that omg yes I need to go voice. It was just rude and not very helpful. I said "okay and" and she said "yes that's it" and then hung up on me!    You can tell when someone doesn't want to talk and she did not want to talk, guess someone told her to answer the phone and do her job and she didn't want to.  They really need to look at their employees, they are the face of the post office and they truly are the worst staff ever. I will now avoid this post office and I hate the fact that this is my post office. I hope I never have to return!!

This is the worst post office ever. What is everyone even doing? I'm currently on the phone trying to speak to someone. It just keeps ringing for 3-4 minutes, then the line goes busy then the call ends. I've been trying to get ahold of someone to find out if my package is even there after it's been marked undeliverable so I don't have to go stand in line just to waste my time. VERY UNHAPPY. I'll just keep calling and blowing up the lines until someone answers. 

For the record, I've been calling since 3:18pm, it is now 3:38pm and I've made 5 calls. All of them just hang up on me. YOU GUYS ARE OPEN UNTIL 5PM. I really don't understand what the hell is going on.

Wow.... I just called this post office. The black woman did not like it when I redefined my original question. She tossed personal bad day in a fed up tone. That was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I for sure as hell will take the overall low rating as absolute truth and stay clear from this one. 

I'd rather drive to the next closest one

Management is very rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for very important documents ,every day looking at my tracking number until “he arrived “ but he was not!!! I think he just didn’t pay attention to my small  envelope and didn’t put it in my mail box. After that I was calling them and they didn’t answer ,my wife went there and left her phone number to get some information about our case and they didn’t give us an answer. Today I was there and they wasn’t able to give a normal explanation,but I already applied for another documents which cost me a lot of money and time . I still want to see what they will say me about that . They think everybody are stupid but only they are smart!!! Wish I can put 0 stars.

I have always been treated well at this location. Every time I have been there they are busy busy and handle it with a smile if you are willing to smile. I think they do a dam good job there 95% of the time. I have had a woman scowl at me, but only once.
