Very very horrible place. They take advantage of first time buyers. The salesmen lie to your face just so get a good pay day. I strongly recommend looking for any place that's not here

Vehicle was exactly as it was presented online and completely met our expectations!  The sales team was extremely helpful in the process by sending all the necessary photos before we made the trip to Bonham.  Once there, it was the quickest purchasing process I have experienced!

Do not by a used vehicle from this dealership. They sell broken vehicles and will tell you to your face that the vehicle is fixed and back from the factory. I bought a Jeep from this dealership and was told all issues it had were resolved. Don't trust the salesmen here. Turns out the engine would shut off randomly while driving, and the transmission would randomly switch to neutral while driving. The amazing thing is the sales manager brushed it off like it wasn't a serious issue and refused to take it back despite its catastrophic failures on the highway.The Jeep was in the shop for the first three months I had it. Nobody at this dealership would man up and do the right thing. They had the audacity to depreciate the value on a trade even though it was stuck in the shop for nearly the entire time I owned it. They acted like they were doing me a favor when in reality they are f****** over people and don't care whatsoever. The men in the service department were helpful, short of replacing everything in the Jeep they did what they could. But seeing as how the Jeep was under warranty I feel like they should have replaced everything until it was fixed. This dealership does not give a damn about its customers, even if they are plunging them into debt because they lied to their customers face, or knowingly selling them a car that fails while it is being driven, putting everyone in it in danger. Go somewhere else.

We bought a new Jeep last night under Bonham Chrysler's new management and it was a great experience. I normally hate purchasing a vehicle from a dealership but last night was different. The salesman, the sales manager as well as the finance manager was very friendly and easy to deal with. Bonham Chrysler is well worth the drive to the country for your next vehicle purchase.
