We had a great sales experience with Greg!!
However, I really have very few good words for the Lujacks Honda service department!! We bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara here & 2 weeks later it over heated. I am a trained automotive repair technician, so I diagnosed it & called Greg to let him know that it had either blown head gaskets or a cracked head. He told me they would take care of it, so we brought it back to Lujacks. Almost 6 months later they still will not accept that it is the head gaskets or a cracked head. We have brought it back FIVE times! The good words are, they have given us a loaner car at no charge.
