This Doesn’t rate even one star. I had my 17 year old granddaughter take her car in for a simple fuel flush service which was suppose to cost $250 and Jim the service manager, took advantage of her by adding-on $350 of unnecessary services. Ladies if you want to experience the absolute worst customer service go see Jim at Lujack Honda.

Thanks Jim you deserve a reward x7. I have every confidence that you and Lujack Honda will be rewarded for the way you treat poeple good or bad.

Brought our brand new MDX for the first oil change and they broke the engine insulation cover which I discovered after I came back home.  They denied knowingly breaking the cover but it was just sitting on top of the engine loose without being snapped in because of the broken holder underneath. They eventually replaced it but I had to go back there twice and they didn't even make one single apology for the inconvenience and still charged me full price for the oil change.  I would not go back there again.

Went in to try to purchase a car and trade in old one. I had previously been to another dealer so knew the price they would give me. The salesman was ok but when the “business manager” came to talk to me he was a complete jerk. He said he wouldn’t help me if I didn’t tell him what the other dealer price was,even though he wouldn’t give me their bottom dollar either. After I told him their price, he stood up and said “they can have it, have a nice day” and walked out without even saying goodbye, and was completely rude. I bought today from Zimmerman Honda and they treated me with much more respect.

I was overcharged for an oil change. Instead of just an oil change, they “cleaned out the air lines” and doubled the price without asking or informing me. After confronting the front desk I was told “There’s nothing I could do about it”. These 5 star reviews must be either fake or for the sales department.  If I could rate the mechanic shop zero stars, I would. Fake mechanics looking to rip you off.
