Vehicle has an oil leak. They didn't want to check out the issue until numbers were ran. This model has a few known issues with oil leaks. One being very expensive a timing cover leak. I'm not a mechanic but the sales guy said they must of spilled some oil when removing the oil filter. I knew that wasn't the case because for two reasons, 1 the location of the oil 2 the oil filter just lowers down when removed. We passed on the vehicle because of the leak. Was told someone else was interested in it. Our salesperson said he had another SUV and we set a time to see it but received an email before our visit about another SUV that didn't fit our needs. It was only fwd when we specifically asked for awd or 4x4.. Then the afternoon that we are suppose to go look at the SUV that he suggested after Lexus one we received a text saying it was sold. Bad experiences after another. They should of looked at the oil leak to begin with! Last I saw the Lexus it was parked for sale with the leak not fixed!

You have got to go and see Raj! Best and kindest car sales man I have ever met and worked with. I feel so lucky to have got him after calling the front desk of the dealership and asking to speak with someone who is not pushy and actually cares about us as customer! I bought a car on the phone from Cedar Rapids, IA in 30 min or so. Keep in mind I had done my research, knew what I wanted and I knew how much I was willing to pay for it. I told him my price and in 30 min he called me back and said I got it! He ordered the car we wanted in the color and packages we wanted and we just picked it up last night. He did what I asked and not what he thought was best! Never pushy! Very calm and collective and relaxed at all time! He has my business for life! Never felt this good before in buying a car!
