They probably do have great deals for people that they want to help. We went in and they tell you they work with all down payments and all credit types. It’s not true. They tell you that your income is what they base your approval on and they only look at they credit. They wasted 2 hours of my time to say they would call rather or not it was a yes or a no which turned into me receiving a “not approved” letter two weeks later after calling a week before and being told they were still looking into it and I would be called that day. Letter stated reasons for why I didn’t get approved which all dealt with credit. They just give you the run around and they have a set criteria of things necessary in order for them to approve you, not what they sell you when you first walk in. At the end of the day, they lie in in order to attempt to give everyone the same service. They know immediately rather or not you can drive home in a car or not.

These guys are awesome. They helped me out a lot. They worked hard to get me approved. So anyone who is in need a a great vehicle with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty go to JD Byrider they will get you in a vehicle.

Excellent!!! Wow I was just so impressed. The customer care is outstanding the concern and  detail they put into every customer is just amazing. I would highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a new vehicle with out all of the pushy sales representatives of other dealerships.

So I got a new car today 😂😂 no but really it was such a nice experience and I really enjoyed it! Jerry helped me tremendously along the way today. Made everything understandable and easy. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable car at a reasonable price. Thanks Jerry!

Our sales Rep Brandon Guy was very helpful, informative, and polite. Our experience was pleasant. Time consuming as all things generally are, but not dreadful.
